"Found a few hairs in our fries this evening went showed the manager and alls he said was umm I'll get you new fries seriously you think I want more fries after that NO I don't think so"

"Many times I have been there before they gave me my cup when I first ordered, then I could get myself a beverage and refill if I wanted while I was waiting but this time they didn't do that and it was kind of a bummer compared to the other visits. Also several people were there but everyone was still waiting for their food. Rarely before had so many people have to wait for their food."

"Really disappointed with the McDs today. I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes for it never to be brought out. Went in to pick it up and never was approached while waiting for another 5 minutes. Finally someone brought my order over. Upon arriving home i found a cold burger and soggy fries. The lobby was full of people and no one at the registers."

"I put in a breakfast order using the app at 10:05am, got there used the drive thru and was told it was after 10:30am so they refused to make the order. My debit card was charged $45+, they told me to use the app to request a refund. Tried that, the app says to go into the store for a refund. Did that, they started to refuse but eventually gave me my refund. I also called the store repeatedly and no one answered, ever. We will never go to this establishment again. Poor service all around. The general manager was even in the store. I hope the owner of this establishment has a talk with their workers especially those in the management department."

"Our son earned the play place as a reward and when we arrived it wasn’t time to open. The manager went ahead and opened it a bit early and we had a great time. Food was a little salty, and the kiosk was frustrating, but still a good experience"
