"I ordered a to-go order. Not thrilled at all. I expect to get everything I paid for! I ordered 10 traditional wings and they skimped me on the whole 10 wings. The wings were not fresh, they barely had any sauce on them at all. The potato wedges I ordered as a side were soggy and cold. I paid for extra sauces so I could dip my wedges in and did not get any of the sauces. This isn’t the 1st time they do this. Which is why I rarely order from here but I was in the mood for wings so I said why not. Never will I order from this establishment again. They gyp you everytime, I expect to get what I paid for!"

"Didn't give correct food, was an online order, was almost 20 minutes late getting me my order. What I did get didn't taste good at all. Don't know what they are doing there? Someone or all need to be fired. Not a good experience."

"I ordered takeout for the first time in a long time. The app didn’t have an option for “extra crispy” which is my go-to for wings. They also didn’t put wipes or napkins in my bag so when o got to my hotel I had to use a towel. I called and requested the wings be made extra crispy. I got there a few minutes early and the wings must have just came out because I could feel the heat. This was one of my favorite experiences at BWW… well the wings were amazing. I got my usual mango habanero and a new flavor, Blazin Knockout. Amazing! They’re very spicy and not for the sensitive tongue but delicious, hot and crispy."

"It was football halftime so we knew there would be some wait time and business. We waited 45 min to get a table but there was one in the bar area. We got drinks while we waited and was told the table was for someone else but the whole time we waited no one ever came to sit down. Once we got our eating table we waited 15 min again to be waited on. We finally had to ask someone who was our server. Then when they figured it out we had a very nice one. It was just miscommunication between the other servers in the area. The food was good but took awhile to get and we were not happy with getting our appetizer the same time as our meal. Some of the games on some of the TVs were not proportioned correctly so we could watch the game with the score/time/quarters. It was annoying."

"Starting with the food, I had a strawberry lemonade, 10 boneless wings and a side of fries. The strawberry lemonade might be the best one I've ever had, anywhere. It was sweet, tart and had actual fresh strawberry chunks in it. I had a mix of Buffalo rub and spicy garlic wings, they tasted fantastic and were seasoned well. The fries were crispy and delicious. I added Buffalo rub to the fries and they came out well seasoned. Service was very good, drinks were refilled as quickly as they were emptied. They made sure we were well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and the music sounded great."
