"This company is the worst, have been with them For years!! Ever since they switched owners they have went downhill! This is the second Time they have messed up on my account loosing me money rather then saving! Then if you want to quit service with them! Good luck!! They will Not return your call! It’s been 3 weeks and was promised my coverage would be closed on my next renewal date! I no longer have a vehicle and still being charged! Talk about a waste of money and time with these guys! Do yourself a favor and if your need insurance go with another company! Look no further! Unless money grows on tree with you and your not worried about money! Have been a loyal customer to there guys for over 10 years and had all family use them then they ended up dropping them because their rates were out of hand! Then it’s like pulling teeth with these guys receiving a call back! I am beyond mad at this company after giving them chance after chance!!"

"Very disappointing experience. Don't bother with Landers if you care about saving money or having someone be on top of your insurance needs. Landers hires high school interns who work on commission. Insurance professionals? No. You will be far better off just calling Nationwide, Allied, or other insurance companies directly. Landers will make a commission just from your policy. Please bypass. You'll be better off!"
