"I think Claire needs to find a new job, if all she can do is laugh and mock a child's health condition. Also, she should not claim she is the manager when she is JUST the assistant. Plus she refuses to pick up the phone after her unprofessionalism. I had to call the GENERAL MANAGER of the store just so I could get THE ACTUAL MANAGERS NAME Claire refused to give. I will be waiting for BOB'S prompt response. But will be making a official complaint with corporate due to this being a medical problem your assistant laughed at and refuses to act like an actual adult."

"I had been going to this pharmacy for three years. They had a tech there who was AMAZING every time I worked with her, but she left. After that the pharmacy started to decline more and more. Their tech T. is always so rude and I just catch them in a lie about one of my medications. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. They are short staffed, unkind and unprofessional."

"Plan to wait 10+ minutes! Severely understaffed. I’ve only had to pick up my prescriptions about three times now so I can’t speak to how the service was before but right now it’s bad. The staff is always nice (to me) but the service was absolutely not great this last time. They’re severely understaffed so the staff that is there is visibly overwhelmed. I called hours before and was told my prescription would be ready shortly, five hours later it was not ready, as they were completely out of the medication. I was not notified and understandably so, who exactly would have had the time to do that with 8+ people in line at all times? Please recruit more staff soon or clients will think this quality of service is the norm ):"
