"My vet sent a prescription for my cat on Saturday during the pharmacy’s business hours. I called Monday afternoon and they hadn’t even looked at the Rx yet, but assured me they’d get to it. Now it’s Wednesday afternoon, they are closed, and I’ve received no update from them this week. My cat will have missed multiple doses of her daily medication by the time this is resolved. Won’t use this pharmacy again."

Insurance not accepting compounded medication is “Criminal” but this is absolutely true. It is also true getting a compounded medication cost a Fortune! Our last two Billings are almost a total of $500 dollars.. maybe if compounding was less Costly the insurance companies would include these medications? I highly doubt it.. there’s no morals in 2023. Only what can I get regardless of who is being financially destroyed."
