"Probably the worse shop in the Boise area, I will go off to say one of the worse in the PNW... Treasure Valley deserves better than this. I made four laps around the shop without the guy at the counter saying a single word to me. WOW!!!! great customer service, I had $4700 cash in my pocket to buy a pivot and I was ready to put the rest of my credit card.. That experience had me go right down the street to Reed cycle and pay full price for a new Pivot. You wonder why everything is on sale, its because they refuse to sell their product or maybe I didn't fit their white male that looks like he has money."

"Incredibly grateful to have stumbled across Eagle Bike Shop as a relative newcomer to Boise. Like it is for many people, my bike is my baby and I always know that she is in good, capable hands whenever I need work done it thanks to Cody & Eddie.
