Budget Saver Motel

"I recently stayed at this motel and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. Despite its budget-friendly price of $60 a night, the location was perfect for my needs, being close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. The room, while basic, was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a good night's rest. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor issue was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash pumps were not labeled and one was empty which didn't detract from my overall satisfaction.If you're looking for a no-frills, affordable option in Coeur d'Alene, this motel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again."

"Sketchy little place, room was.. Girl at the front desk had a weird attitude it's obvious that they have a lot of issues here by the questions that she asked. It would not would be hard to fix a lot of the issues as this place has potential. Not understanding why you would not put a fitted sheet on a mattress and make people sleep on a mattress pad bed only had a top sheet and a blanket no fitted sheet both queen beds were like this. There was ash on the floor and the table was covered in soda. The toilet in the room next to me room 112 would run every 5 to 10 minutes as it was obviously leaking and you could constantly hear The tank fill up. Three bottles in the shower with mystery products in them I was assuming shampoo body soap and conditioner but they were not labeled so who knows which was which they were all sent out secured in a manner that would keep someone from putting something in them that should not be in them. If you need a cheap place to stay you're probably safe there take your valuables in your room as there's a lot of sketchy people in this neighborhood."

"I was arrested a few months ago, i contacted the hotel for my belongings and they gave me the run around. I had all expensive items and my legal items passport, birth certificate, and social security card. I tried to have someone pick my belongings up, but they wouldnt let them. Im sure they treated me this way because, they wanted to keep my belongings. To me i feel like they stole from me."

"Nice room slight issues like no toilet paper on roll and trash not taken out but beds were comfortable and nice bathroom. We just needed a place that was pet friendly to sleep for a good price and this place was great. Quiet at night so that was nice."

"Inexpensive hotel that is close to downtown Coeur d’Alene making it very convenient. However I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway or maybe even in general. Our room was gross. When we arrived there was a sticky substance on the nightstand and food left on the floor just underneath the bed. The toilet makes noise every 30 minutes because there is a leak in the tank causing water to pool at the base. The hair dryer also doesn’t work. When using the shower, the soap dispenser is questionable. There appears to be clear liquid inside but when you use the dispenser, the liquid coming out is a combination of clear and a brown substance. At first I thought it was just the type of soap but upon closer inspection I think it’s mold inside the dispenser head. When we asked for more towels, they brought more but I noticed they didn’t bother emptying the trash can. They also cleaned up the sticky substance and the food underneath the bed however I think the cleaning service clearly does the bare minimum and they aren’t very thorough. If you are just looking for a place to sleep maybe this is alright but the fact they don’t seem to be thorough on cleaning the rooms is a huge issue for me. It’s gross and makes you question everything. I mentioned no WiFi and a crappy tv but that wasn’t factored into my score. I don’t expect a lot from a cheap hotel. Just quality in cleanliness. I really don’t recommend this hotel. Honestly I would have rather been further away from downtown than to stay at this place. We won’t be coming back."
