HAVEN'T BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN OVER 30 YRS NO CLAIMS IN OVER 24 YRS AND ALL OF OUR CARS ARE PARKED IN GARAGE 99% OF THE TIME BECAUSE WE HARDLY DRIVE ANYMORE. "I feel like I got scammed I paid my deposit and insurance and they canceled my policy after 2 months just because they sent one mail out asking me to call them and I didn’t nobody in my home ever saw mail from progressive mind you I’m on paperless. I begged the representative for help as I have 5 kids and work so much and can’t afford to pay dang near 1000 for another deposit to keep insurance I feel like progressives played my family and won. I even asked for a discount on another deposit and she said no you have to everything all over again this was the biggest scam if I ever saw one"

"I have never had such a bad experience with a company. They refused to call the other insurance even though it wasn’t my fault. They told me I’d have to pay the 1500$ deductible at the time to even call the other insurance company. I had to call repeatedly to even get them to send an adjuster out to fix my vehicle. I had to call someone else and they had to get them to call me back. Now, when I ask about a fault and explained what happened I am told it absolutely is my fault. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Progressive I am done. Regressive is more like it."

"I dont have insurance with progressive but this client that has auto insurance with them does. They automatically tried to say the accident was my wife's fault. They suggested that she was speeding. That didn't fly. They agreed to pay for the repairs. Then canceled the check for the repairs and left our bank account in the negative. They refused to replace the funds until they had a screen shot of all trans actions made in my bank account. I am still getting charges for insufficient funds for not having the money in my bank account. Don't trust these con artists to to be fair let your insurance adjuster from your insurance deal with this crooked company."
