"Horrible billing and scheduling. My wife Elizabeth has been trying to correct a billing mistake there that is 5 months old. They didn’t charge our insurance correctly and we keep getting billed the full amount. They have promised us three or four times to fix this problem and still haven’t done it. Also, we have never waited less than an hour to see the doctor after our appointed time. Very disorganized. A logistical nightmare."

"Dr Colbert has been my primary physician for many years. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and thorough.. She provides information I need to make the best decision on my medical care. She is more thorough than other doctors. I trust her and know she truly cares about my health. Scott has always been helpful and courteous with my questions. Just recently he provided information so I can easily access lab results. Karen is very professional and courteous. She promptly follows through on my requests. No facility is truly available 24/7. A person could go to a large practice, but then you get bounced around to various providers and often cannot get to see a doctor. Adrienne N."

"This place has very poor communication with patients and is completely disorganized making it a medical let down. Do not waste your time. No I was never a patient because I waited over a month to get in and they cancelled my appointment the night before! I have excellent insurance that they accept. They pick and choose their patients. Also, who is a jerk enough to reply negatively to a review. Obviously they have time for that. I can see several people have had seriously bad experiences. There are so many other choices. Don't pick this one."
