"The nursing staff was great with my procedure. When I called to schedule, I was given a price for what I was to expect to pay. When I arrived and checked in, the gal at the front deck gave me a price almost 10 times of what I was given over the phone when scheduling and had no choice but to swipe my card. To top it off, she was unable to provide any kind of receipt to show what I was being billed for. I only received a text message saying the amount I paid. It felt like a pretty good bait and switch. I had to call back the next week to get ahold of someone in the billing department to get an actual breakdown."

"Dr Roxanne was so very gentle, thoughtful and thorough . I felt she covered everything with my case going above and beyond. The staff were very accommodating and thorough. Any time I called the operators were sooooo helpful also."

"Wish I could leave 0 stars. Floor staff is amazing, those reviews are true. But they made me pay cash up front and then they bill insurance... no big deal right? That is until it's been months without a refund. The first time I called 5 weeks Post-Op they said they "forgot" to bill it to insurance... Lovely. Then weeks after that I called again and they stated that "they billed it to the wrong insurance company and will bill it to the right one right away". Shockingly weeks after that I call and they stated that they billed it out wrong again. They've been dragging me along every time I call. They are very nice over the phone (Breanna is very helpful and actually cares), but I don't think they realize the awful thing they're doing to families this time of year by "forgetting" or "not billing" their refund for expensive operations. I should've went to Spokane and I hope no one else has to go through what I did with them. I'm sure I'll get the generic "call and speak to our team about the complaint" reply but I want everyone to know that you can say goodbye to your hard earned money cause they're unwilling to do their job and bill insurance in a timely manner."

"Absolutely the most amazing staff and Drs! From the minute I stepped into the office I felt at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly and truly showed care and concern. DR Haslam was so wonderful and got me in right away for kidney stone removal surgery! She explained everything wonderfully and made me feel extremely comfortable. Everyone was fantastic!"
