"BEST PEDIATRICIAN EVER is Dr Smiley! He listens to and answers our million questions as new parents. He never rushes through, takes his time with us and treats us like we are the most valuable patients in his care at that time. We feel valued, respected and thoroughly cared for in his care. He also plays with the kids and brings fun, joy and excitement to every appointment, no matter the issue, and now my son can’t wait for another doctor visit. The ability to text to a nurse app “Klara” if they miss my phone call is SO awesome. I am able to get a response right away sometimes within 5-10 minutes. The drive up “sick clinic” is so cool because I don’t have to take my kiddos out of their car seat. It’s so nice to have that accommodation. I also love that the scheduling is not booked too far out and that they are able to see both my kids, one after the other, so I don’t have to come back in for another check up. The front desk staff is also very helpful, thorough and pleasant to work with. I cannot sing their praises enough. It’s just a wonderful experience walking through those doors! He doesn’t try to shove his beliefs on us if we feel differently and respects us as parents to make our own choices.
