"Dr Engles is a top notch cardiologist but I refuse to wear a mask because they do nothing and Real Doctor's know this. I was refused medical treatment because I won't wear a mask. This is wrong I guess they make enough money they can violate their medical oath and not treat all patients."

"My husband is a cardiac patient with them: 1. Complete and utter violation of HIPPA at the front desk, rude and dismissive. $25,000 federal fine per occurrence for each violation. Wasn’t anyone trained? 2. Twice a scheduler provided him medical advise on his cardiac issue when he asked to speak with a nurse. 3. Average wait time to hear back from a provider is irrational. One-two weeks at best. Have gotten letters from the practice stating ‘after multiple attempts’ when no one called me back at all. 4. RN told me they had sent medical clearance to another doctor for a procedure. The manager at the other provider informed me they had not done so and had to hunt it down. Cardiac office told them they never sent it and it was never requested. That is simply a lie. We have retained another cardiologist because we cannot make assumptions they can be responsible enough to do their jobs ethically. We will be terminating this practice and do not recommend it for others."

"Clinic management: Please contact me about the front desk check-in procedure. Very awkward, non-private/intrusive, having to give all sorts of info verbally (instead of on paper) in front of all the other waiting patients, while you can hear a pin drop."

"Top notch services, Dr. Williams talked with me personally told me what they were doing answered my questions, till I understood. The staff was great all of them answered all my questions made sure I understood what was going to happen and why. They all helped me along the way. If anyone has to go to a hospital and they have a choice, choose kootenai. You won't regret it."
