"DO NOT GO TO DR. BERSTCH. Dr. Rebecca Bertsch was the worst experience of my medical life and I am 27, and have been sick since age 4. She pushes whatever the FDA is seeking to her, and ignores your complaints when it’s not working by just upping the dose-age. Then, she takes 6 weeks between appointments because she is so busy while you’re suffering in the meantime. When you get back, she will just change your dose again, or switch to a different drug she gets paid to prescribe. She does not listen to your needs or if you know what medications have worked for you in the past. In fact, she could have killed me when I was in the hospital with blood clots in my lungs, and she asked them to push a blood thinning pain medication through my IV that I am ALLERGIC to, and that you’re absolutely not allowed to take when you’re on blood thinners. When I expressed my dislike of her in person she asked me if she needed to call security, so I promptly told her I recorded the whole conversation and would post it for everyone to hear if she felt the need to act victimized because I can’t stand her poor care. She is a rude and uncaring doctor who states she comes to see her patients in the hospital, but has missed every one of my hospitalizations, and even neglected to follow up with me after one of them. Do not go see her, message me first with any questions, I am more than happy to tell my story and plan to share information as publicly as possible."

"Dr. Bertsch is incredible, and her scope of knowledge is impressive. Not only is she an excellent Dr., but she is easy to talk to and work with. Her PA, Amy and her Nurse Jordan are just as amazing, and the entire staff has always been courteous and responsive when I call or come in. Cannot recommend the enough!"
