"Staff is good, NP was good however long story short for the common cold through these guys they charged me over 600$. 30 min appointment. Just make sure that insurance is in network unless you want to pay over $500 dollars for a cold. Kootenai will send you collection letters daily as well. Worked for these guys for a few years, Money over health. I will not go to kootenai even if my life depends on it."
"I was weary when I saw the reviews but with it being Saturday and Christmas on Monday, I knew I couldn’t wait until Tuesday to get into a primary. I had an infection of my nail bed. I made an appointment around 10 for 12:43. I arrived a few minutes early where they promptly checked me in. I was the only person in the waiting room and only sat for a minute before being called back. Got my finger poked which already is a million times better 24 hours later and was in and out of there in about 20 minutes."
"I am absolutely APPALLED at the service I received. I just went there an hour ago because I did some heavy lifting this weekend, messed up my back to the point I could barely walk. I was having severe pain and my friend begged me to go to urgent care. I went, begrudgingly. Worst mistake I made. We waited in the waiting area for a solid 10-15 minutes and I was happy because we were getting out of there quick. They took us to the back room and the nurse checked me in, and she said the doctor would be in shortly. We waited in that room for well over an HOUR and we continued to wait while all the nurses and doctor were laughing and sarcastically asking why we would come here if we just need meds (this was a sunday night where pharmacies arent open late). I just wanted to be SEEN for Christ's sake. I wanted to see if there was any instructions/ things I could do to help myself, not just get meds like they were talking about. We could hear everything through the door as they CONTINUED to talk and gave no help as I had been crying for hours in this pain. We already called patient advocacy, got no answer after arriving there at 5pm and leaving at 6:30 after not being seen by a doctor whatsoever. They wouldn't even come look at me. I'm so upset because I already hate going to doctors and they just made my perspective that much worse. Don't go here, don't support this business. They have no empathy, no understanding and absolutely ZERO compassion."
"Please don’t go to this office. I went in today for a cyst on my neck and waited forever to be seen. Only for the doctor to look at my neck for not even a minute tell me one thing he thinks it is and leave. I thought he was coming back but he didn’t, then the nurse came back in and gave me a paper with a recommendation for a dermatologist and told me I could leave. I was pissed mainly because EVERYWHERE is booked and I can’t be seen that’s why I went to urgent care. I wouldn’t been making this review if he gave me some closure or comments on It."
"Love this urgent care the first 2/3 times I’ve come myself or brought family. But I noticed they’ll push people back farther and farther in line for “emergency” visits.. That’s what the emergency room is for. I totally understand but it’s not fair to others that have already been waiting, especially if we have been in a back room. Insurance coverage / out of pocket pay shouldn’t matter. Urgent, does NOT mean emergency. Everyone should wait their turn in the order they came OR be sent to ER."
