"I found them Punctual; Knowledgeable; Thorough; Helpful; Friendly; Courteous; Kind; Cheerful; Thrifty, and Clean. I am very Optimistic about the final results, trusting they acquired mature high end stem cells from vibrant bone marrow, which is their claim. Their Loyalty to that will bode well for Stem Cell Therapy as they bravely venture into uncharted territory. In 10 weeks, I will have the results of my "refit" and a sequel to this posting. Till then, 4 stars will have to suffice, being from Missouri and all. I`m left with little doubt of its success. Realistically, there are no guarantees in "Outer Space", which is where we live. Ash is to Ash, as Dust to Dust. I purposely left out the "Trustworthiness" category above. 3.5 months later: The 10 week update meeting never happened ("Covid 19"? ); Consistant emails and phone calls went unanswered, ( too busy durning the pandemic?) The issues facing my body are just as painfull as when I went to inquire about stem cells. (Arthritic ankles; lower back cartilage, prostate, fibromyalsia in upper body (arms and shoulders), Lung infection. Conclusion: Their "90% success rate" is not happening here. They asked about my blood type (which I did not know) but they never checked it out (to my knowledge at the time). Did they have some type "0" kicking around which is supposed to be "universal" ? I don`t know. The fluid they used for the intravenous injection re the lung infection was out dated by a few months. They will take your money and be friendly until you say "I think things are feeling better a bit everyday" (to protect themselves legally, even if it`s only a persons imagination). Once you say things are feeling a bit better, they (evidently) wash their hands of any liability, and show absolutely no more interest in the situation."
