"I'm not sure what my other 1 star reviews have to do with yours. Seems like you're trying to invalidate my review because I've complained about other businesses in the past. But now that I have your attention despite calling about this issue in the past I'll go ahead and state it here. Your billing practices are abysmal. I came to you double insured and have explained multiple times that you need to bill both companies since one is medicaid. I reached out to you with concerns when medicaid was notified by my primary insurance showing that I paid out of pocket for services and a claim was never recieved by medicaid. I have asked multiple times to send a claim to medicaid and never hear back. Medicaid had still never recieved a claim and I have not been refunded the money I paid out of pocket for services."
