"I was dying of heart failure and Dr. Beth Orenstein and the entire staff helped saved my life. I'm a 68 year old male ICU RN, and I knew I was not going to last more than a short time in the state I was in. They saw me immediately, and ordered all of the required tests, and started me on the appropriate medications. More than a year and a half later, I'm still here. Thank you to all that cared for me! Danny Robles, RN"
"I had an appointment scheduled at 6:30PM on a Monday that I had scheduled over a month in advance with the details of my concerns. Shortly before my apt time, a receptionist called me and said Dr. Odle didn't have time to meet with me about my concerns. I asked if I could just coke in and do blood work which would have covered most of my concerns. He wouldn't even have to meet just approve the blood tests I was hoping for. The girl said she didn't think so but would ask and call me back. They never called me back. I have a feeling the Dr. just wanted to go home. Not even getting a call back over a week later is insulting. Thanks for making me wait over a month to cancel and not even call back."
"I called to be seen as a new patient and Joseph was wonderful at addressing all my concerns and working to find me a doctor close by who was available soon. Thanks again!"
"Amanda Weindl started off as what I thought was a good doctor but after numerous invalid after care notes we finally spoke up about it and requested she fix the notes. I was able to locate other reviews indicating the same experience with other patients. Unfortunately my family will be seeing a different clinic due to our last experience with her. We found her to be rude after we requested the notes be updated."
"I never offer medical reviews but after the last 4 visits/encounters with this clinic, they deserve this. I wish I had read the reviews for this office before as it’s clear they leave a great deal to be desired. Since Dr. Baker and Molly left a couple of years ago, the service in this clinic has literally gone in the toilet. 1) Trying to get an appointment if you have a cold requires a month wait or they happily refer you to the over-priced urgent care located in the same building. Keep in mind they are SUPPOSE to be primary care physicians. If they cannot see someone for a COLD you know they aren’t prepared for more serious medical problems. 2) We needed medical forms signed for an animal encounter on vacation and after dropping off the forms and waiting for Daniel to sign them, we called a week later to check only to be advised we needed to wait 2 months for an appointment for him to sign them. 3) Daniel advised me they no longer wanted to prescribe certain medications I had been taking without issue for years unless I was willing to jump through a few medical hoops. I agreed and went to see specialists to appease the powers that be and he still doesn’t want to fill the medication. Why make a patient go through that? Was he testing me to see if I’d do as he requested? The Rockwood specialists gave him the approval to prescribe the medication or they offered to do it for me. I advised them Daniel agreed to do it and was more conveniently located for me. Now he’s changed his mind. Too wishy-washy. 4) Yesterday I stopped by the clinic in hopes I could see someone for a minor eye infection. Ha! Again, I was told no one could see me for weeks BUT I was welcome to pay the woman sitting next to the front desk clerk $200+ for urgent care IF I was also willing to sit in the waiting room for a 2 hour wait. Finally had enough and told them I’d call Chas in the Valley. With my insurance co-pay, they saw me immediately. Eye is fine now. I now have an appointment with a Providence primary care physician at which time Rockwood will officially be FIRED. No other Rockwood office has these problems. I hate to see what will happen to their wait times once builders in Liberty Lake complete 408 new apartments. Rockwood should just close this clinic and be done with it if all they really want is to be an urgent care clinic."
