"Worst experience of my life. First, they never answer the phone. They never return messages. After 3 days of trying to call to change my son's appointment, my husband had to physically go in to get this done. They "suggest" multiple vitamins/supplements to buy from their very expensive store attached. Next doctor told me I didn't need any of those. He wasn't there long, I wonder why. They would never refill my prescriptions without seeing me. I already was being seen every 6 months and the way they billed my insurance I was left with an almost $90 bill per visit. They wanted to milk those visits by not refilling my prescriptions. Staff is unfriendly. Just review their responses to other negative comments. Very unprofessional. Find another clinic with real doctors and nurses and a staff that will answer their phones."

"If you are looking to have your hand held or be coddled this is not the place for you. I would describe the staff as civil as opposed to friendly. Think interactions between you and an ex in public. That being said the staff does their job and I am satisfied with that. Samantha McFarland is amazing! She takes my concerns seriously and is thorough. I would definitely recommend this place to people that want their medical issues properly addressed."

I recently changed doctors and I do believe that Samantha saved my life by catching something that my other doctors had let slide. They are very aware of the female hormones and thyroid issues. They have given me peace of mind navigating the journey towards menopause. The best part is that my husband is who referred me. His doctor actually listened to him instead of treating him like everyone else and disregarding his understanding of his own body.
