"Carolyn K. At the liberty lake location is condescending and rude. The first time we gave her a pass assuming she was having a bad day. But the second and third time — turns out it’s just her personality. Gross behavior. I can’t understand how lab Corp is comfortable allowing her to provide direct patient care. She is a disgrace to the laboratory community and the medical community as a whole. Read through these reviews. They speak for themselves. This tech needs to GO."

"I scheduled an appointment and was told to just walk in. I got the email confirmation and everything. We got there a little before 4pm. The workers were not paying any attention to the people coming in so we had to wait til after 4pm to even be acknowledged. She then proceeded to tell us that they do not perform drug test after 4pm. I kindly commented that, that information was no where on the website or check in. She simply scoffed at me blatantly, demanded my ID and ripped it out of my hands. She then talked to me like I was a child throughout the process or rescheduling. Would not recommend coming here at all."
