"If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn’t send my child to Imagine unless you aren’t concerned about their mental health and physical safety and well-being. My child was treated roughly by at least 2 different staff members. He came home with man sized fingerprint bruises on his arms. One staff member threatened to shove his fingers down my son’s throat while he had his hand around his neck. The center merely took “reports” and swept it under the rug. There are better places than this who have waiting lists but are worth the wait. These things happened 2 -3 years ago, and maybe they’ve improved, but I would be very cautious and alert."
