"My parents owned a pizza parlor in the 1970's. I remember it well. The atmosphere of a true parlor is hard to find! Real, aged, ingredients are hard to find. This place is the real deal. I eat there a lot. I love it! It feels like a time capsule to 1977 again, and I'm 10 years old again! The pizza and atmosphere are fantastic. Whenever I go to one of these hipster pizza joints, (weird non traditional ingredients, strange shapes, sauce i can't even explain), I think to myself...Don't fix it if it isn't broken!!!! Why do all these new places try to reinvent the wheel, (PIZZA)???? Traditional, classic pizza with great ingredients and great atmosphere! Thats what the Pizza Factory is about! Never change...please! E.W."
"My experience was great! Pizza was tasty, service was excellent, large booths and comfortable seating, free refills, beers on tap, the playoff game was on, restaurant was clean, and they have an arcade for the kiddos. What more could you ask for from a pizza joint?"
"Best Pizza in Coeur d’alene! If you’re in the mood for pizza that is loaded with toppings and cheese like the good old days…this is it! Nice salad bar, game room private party room too! Plenty of room for large gatherings or families…and did I mention the pizza plus calzones & sandwiches !"
"Love the atmosphere is a perfect spot for large gatherings/dinners. The pizza is average. It's pretty greasy and floppy. It's not bad by any means but unless you need to feed a lot of people or find a place that has a lot of options there are better pizza places in the area."
