Taco Bell

"Got my order wrong 3 times that I just gave up. I asked for a chicken enchilada burrito combo. The first time they gave me a lousy quesadilla. The second time they gave me that AGAIN. The third time, they gave me a random burrito and 7 tacos. The contents I should've received was a chicken enchilada burrito, a challupa, a taco, and some chips like advertised. EDIT: I was in a rush when I wrote this, but another thing was the guy at the window tried keeping my card. He gave us our *wrong* order and said have a good day then turned around. Almost drove off before I had to remind him for my card. He seemed off and reluctantly handed it back."

"This taco bell feels slow and understaffed. They prioritize drive thru orders WAY too much as people eating inside as well as Delivery Drivers have to wait from 15 minutes to an hour in some cases - and I've seen many delivery drivers walk out frustrated that they waited so long. The good news is, they seem to be hiring more staff and on some days, the wait times are minimal."

"Ordered from here tonight and NONE of our food was correct. No sauce on the chicken quesadillas? Like any of them?? No BEEF on the soft taco? Please next time consider hiring someone who knows how to do their job correctly. I get being new maybe but like come on!"

"I was in shock when I pull up to the window to get my food ,and was met with it being shoved into my hands and the window being slammed in my face, by a younger ginger female with absolute talons on her fingernails after I simply was trying to get some Taco Bell. Both of my tacos contained tomatoes ,which I had asked for none of, and my nacho fry was literally less than half full. I checked my bag after pulling out of the drive-thru because of the way I'd just been treated to see if I had actually gotten what I'd paid for, and my jaw genuinely dropped when I saw the condition of my order. Mind you, when I ordered the line was completely empty and so was the parking lot, and my tacos were barely wrapped and just made horribly. I turned around to go back because I was obviously upset and when I went back in the older woman up front was very sweet and asked the girl to remake my order, when she handed me my newly made order she slammed it down and continued with the attitude. I hope this store is doing okay and finds better employees."

"CDA Taco Bell on Hanley is an older store. The staff are courteous. They get the orders correct and do it within a decent amount of time. The food is top notch Taco Bell fare. Finally stopped in for the beloved Mexican Pizza which was great although, despite what Taco Bell Corporate says, the ingredients have clearly changed ever so slightly. It was still yummy and I'm looking forward to my next one!"
