"I am so happy I found this place. It was extremely hard to find good reviews for any interlock service provider and I didn’t have a lot of time to find one. Budget IID (specifically Sasha and Amy) understands what you are going through and want to help. Other service providers will (in my experience) try to scare you into using their service by implementing strong arm sales tactics saying, “this rate is only available for this call, if you call back it will be a higher price.” I personally hung up on 3 places that were trying to force me into their service by a pushy salesman who you will never see. Budget IID never pushed and the ladies working there are an absolute God send for people in this situation. The pricing is very competitive and I found it to be the best in the area. I had an interlock for 2 years and they worked with me from day one up until the final day, going above and beyond. Mind you, you still need to follow the program, it is NOT their fault if you fail. But on that same note, they do not shame you for mess ups and they only want to help and see you successfully released from the program. I really can’t say enough how happy I am with their professionalism and customer service. I live a solid 35-40 minutes away from their office and the drive was worth it every time. I am very glad I didn’t choose a place based on location. So thank you Amy and Sasha, you are truly kind and amazing people. "I called the number listed on Google for Budget I.I.D. and the service was friendly and to the point. They treated me like a person and not like a number, or a criminal. Then I was given Sasha's number to schedule my install and she got me scheduled right away and my device was installed within 25 minutes... so from the time I inquired Google to the time that I had the device installed was only about an hour. Sasha was very understanding and professional... I have used other services for an ignition interlock device in 2008 and they made me feel like a criminal and the devices were outdated and took a long time on cold days to allow my car to start. The device that was installed in my Honda when I went to budget IID as much easier to use then other devices I've tried and you can unplug it and bring it inside on cold days so that your car starts up within 6-8 seconds. The price is very conservative considering the service you receive and the device that they use compared to other interlock companies I've tried. I highly recommend Budget IID to anyone looking for an interlock device."
