Tony's Small Engine Repair

"I contracted with Tony to convert my generator to an electric start. I also paid him upfront to do these repairs. He had the generator for 2 months and nothing had been done. I couldn't get a straight answer about when it would be completed. All I received were excuses. I finally asked that the generator be returned along with my payment. Although I received the generator I am still waiting for my refund. So don't bring your equipment to this business. All you'll receive is excuses and extensive delays."

"Tony doesn’t deserve one star for what he did. I called to have him replace batteries in my chair lift. Then he agreed that yes the batteries were dead. Thing was he never took the chair apart to check the batteries. I told him that it would be dead since it was turned off. Any way, our agreement was, I get the batteries and he return to put them in. Of course, he wouldn’t charge extra! He charged me $250.00 to come look at my chair! After one month of excuses I finally realized that he was just a CON MAN and I got conned. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!!"

"Worst experience!! This man is an absolute crook! He got paid in full for a job he never even attempted to do. He doesn't even have a shop, he left my equipment laying in his back yard for weeks, and eventually stopped answering the phone"

"This guy made an appointment with me the day before and the day of cancels due to rainy weather, his truck in the shop and he doesn't drive down kellogg on rainy weather. Well, true enough it did rain the night before, but there isn't any speck of rain on the roads and he is still using the same excuse. I told him that I will just get someone else to come fix my mower and he told me to go ahead. The more I think about it, I'm sure glad I didn't do business because I'm sure I would have paid for a home visit, then got an excuse of why he can't fix it. This guy does not have any customer service skills whatsoever and doesn't want to work. Excuses are for weak people. If you own a business that tailors to customers, then try to accommodate and work around the situation besides putting more excuses in the mix. Horrible Horrible Service..."

"Tony is a truly genuine guy and a great mechanic. I called around a few places in town because my lawn mower had stopped working. They wanted $125 just to replace the carburetor. Tony told me that I wouldn't need to replace it, just give it a good cleaning and clean out the fuel system. He made some minor repairs and still kept the costs down. He even gave me some cleaning stuff to put in my gas tank at no extra cost. I highly recommend him!!! Support local businesses!!!!"
