"Had to open my business late. Came for an oil change and the included tire rotation. They said they couldn't rotate my tires because they didn't have the key to my wheel locks. Turns out it was in the glove box where I told them it was. This will probably be the last time they see any of my vehicles. Just trash. Techs don't want to do their jobs right, so my business has to suffer. Luckily their manager is decent."
"I called in and asked if the garage was busy. I explained what problem i was having . Yep they were busy, but I was told to bring it on by and they will make time to look at it over. They took it from there. I left my truck in the am and got it back before close. The alignment was out of wack, the ball joints were all but gone. I was looking at offering private dances to spry seniors to cover the cost of the repair at another garage. REQL got my truck finished and saved me money. I am so grateful for Mr Stewart and his team at Rusty EckQuik Lane!!"
