"Let me start this off by first saying this is probably not a normal occurrence for them, but all reviews need to accounted for. The last time I was here was five years ago for an oil change. I thought I would give them another chance since it has been so long. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:00 a.m. I asked the service guy how long it would take for the oil change and tire rotation, he said it would take an hour. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I saw my Subaru outback outside still dirty. I thought they just had to wash it and everything else was done. But after I waited for another 30 minutes and the car still had not moved, I went to the service guy and asked them update on the outback. At this point it was 11:15 a.m. The service man said the car was being looked at and almost done. I don't know if his computer told him that or he deliberately lied saying it was being looked at when it was not. After 5 mine the service guy came and told me that the car was getting looked at and he was sorry that it had taken so long. I saw them just then taking it back to get maintenance done on it. I informed him that I had seen it just sitting there for the last 30min and he apologized for how long it had taken, and that he as going to put two guys on it to speed it up. After 15 more minutes it was finally done and we were out the door. So what should have only taken 45min - 1 hour it took an 1hr and 45min just for an oil change and tire rotation. Not gonna lie not a good representation of the company. Hopefully this was not a normal occurrence for the service department. ********************************************* Update on 11/20/2023 After talking with the Subaru they were very sorry about the situation and informed me that it was unacceptable on how things turned out. I was not expecting anything out of this, but the company took it up themselves to give me a complimentary item for the trouble. Again I understand that the service I received on that day was probably not normal for them, but they definitely showed me that they care about the customer and will what they can to make it right. Thanks !"
