"Now I understand why this remote parking area is so underutilized compared to a few years ago. They don't run shuttles as frequently, so the shuttle wait times have increased. On the front end of my trip, I waited more than 15 minutes to be picked up to be taken to the terminal. Then, upon my return, I waited over 20 minutes in the cold & wind to be picked up. Moreoever, the price is too high compared to long term parking at the terminal itself. The decline in service and value is really disappointing"

We mistakenley parked even further away in the economy lot at ICT today for 29 minutes thinking we would have no charge as this was understood... both my daughter and I are hanicapped and on limited incomes. PARKING INTENDENTS WOULD NOT LET US LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT US PAYING THE 11.OO. Our mistake so don't do the same! γ"
"We arrived back in Wichita about midnight on Monday night March 18. Our car would not start. After talking with a friendly custodian in the terminal, ABM was contacted. I talked with a young lady who took my information and said they would be there quickly to help and they were. They were there in about 5 minutes. The young lady who was driving the truck quickly and efficiently gave us a jump. We appreciated the quick service and the friendly help. She did not even want to accept a tip."
