"Jiffy Lube caused serious damage to my car. The Technicians at Joy's disassembled and took pictures of the damage. They replaced the damaged engine with a good used engine per my request. (because I had to pay for it and I am not rich) Then Mark Joy himself came to my court appearance to explain to the Judge how and why the vehicle was damaged. Far better than I could have. Words cannot describe how helpful they were to me. This is a level of customer service you won't find anywhere else."
