"I just wish she would have told me she couldn’t do what I was asking for before chopping up my hair. Some of these pictures are for reference of what I look like normally. The last photo is what I asked for but longer. She left me with wet frizzy hair. I asked if she could wet it and defuse it with a hair dryer. Dried for a portion of it, left me with the second picture. When it dried I noticed my hair being jagged on the front right side of my face. She tried to tell me it’s because of the bangs I had two years ago. If that was the case it would have been more noticeable in my first picture. At the very least it could have been blended and not left a hack job. I left paying and looking worse than when I came in."
