"No one even acknowledged I was there...stood there more than 15 minutes with not one employee even saying we'll be right there. I go here a lot and this was the first time I felt unimportant as a customer...finally one of the employees came back from lunch and came right to me. She was pleasant but at that point I was passed that the other employees were laughing talking and joking around but not one of them acknowledged that I was there waiting to get checked out...very disappointing as this was my favorite store. I guess I'll just have to start going to Ontario..I love to support local business but this was ridiculous very disappointing"
