"The hotel staff are very friendly and the guy (JJ) at the front was pretty funny. The price was very reasonable too. The breakfast was truly amazing, all the way from eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and waffles, and much more. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Last night - after a very long drive, my friend and I stopped for to rest in Ontario here at the Quality Inn. Let me just say…quality customer service!! Emily was the kindest human and made me feel super welcome upon arrival. She went above and beyond (even at 1am) to make sure that we felt comfortable and prepared for the stay. These interactions make people’s days, so I just wanted to make sure Emily was given a huge shout out. She keeps this place running!"

"I feel like Quality Inn ought to either change their name or update some of their hotels. This one was old and in SORE need of a renovation! We stayed on the second floor. *The carpet padding was non-existent in both the room and in the hallway (we could literally feel the uneven floorboards underneath us). *The walls were patched in some places, while others needed patching. But EVERYTHING needs a fresh coat of paint. *The light switches look like they've never been cleaned. *There was a pretty good layer of dust on the closet bar and shelf. *It just felt old and unkept. This was the first time in a long time I've worried about how clean the sheets really clean and if there were bed bugs. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was what you'd expect. It's located near stores and a freeway. We got a pretty good price, but unfortunately it was a case of getting what you pay for and not a great deal by any means."

"It’s a hotel by the interstate in Ontario. Don’t expect much. The room was clean but old. The padding under the carpet is disintegrating leaving weird holes that are unbalancing as you walk on them. The water actually tastes like mold, so I didn’t drink or shower after that discovery. Most disturbing, I was required to put a $150 cash deposit down because I was “local”. I live an hour and a half away in Idaho, but I guess that’s inexplicably local? I won’t be staying here again."
