"Small rooms and a bit of a smell, but they were clean and the staff was nice. Price was higher than I expected, but I’m glad they had a room when other places were full"

"The price? Ouch. But, when traveling with family and needing room to sleep and toss all night, this is a great place for that. You get the experience of being transported to an older time and enjoy the past. The room still had all the amenities of a normal room, maybe even more. And the beds slept great."

"Pros - rooms were clean , beds and pillows were comfortable Cons - It is located on a busy intersection so some rooms can be a bit noisy , the light shines in through your closed curtains, rooms amd bathroom are strongly outdated, no outlet by bedside and I felt $110 plus tax per night was a bit over priced, We asked if we could see a room first and the keys she gave us one was a small room and the other key ended up being smoky and stale. The guy was trying to run us down before we got to that room probably because he didn't want our decision to be solely based on the 2nd room. The 3rd room we ended up getting had more room in it. No pool and no breakfast but even if it was it was probably just fruit or cereal and a really small pool. Overall it was an okay hotel for a night but I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"Our room at the Oregon Trail Motel was very well worn but clean. The first thing I do in a hotel is turn back the comforter and then have a good look at the sheets, as well as the bathroom, before we move into it, and it was all acceptable. Everything was clean - but very well worn. The furniture is decades old, but the bed was clean and comfortable. We had a non smoking room and it did not smell of smoke. We had hot showers and used the fridge overnight for the stuff we carry in a cooler on our motorcycles. The Internet access was great. Our room was facing oh-so-busy SE 2nd street, but we wore earplugs, so we weren't disturbed. We put a special lock on the bikes for safety, since they were so visible to the busy road but not the hotel office. An easy but scary walk to downtown the next day, under the railroad tracks, took us to a really great coffee shop. It was just somewhere to spend the night on our journey, and it was fine, but nothing special. Our room had an ice bucket but no where to get ice."

"Spaces are small and old but otherwise clean, except that non-smoking rooms smell of smoke, which is not acceptable to me. Does not offer refunds at all. Very uncomfortable customer service vibes. You're better off spending your hundred-ish dollars a night somewhere decent. Would not suggest this place to nonsmokers."
