"I will absolutely never be shopping at this store again I come here every other week and buy two vapes. Well today I went in and bought two vapes and tried them out before I left like they always make sure you should do and after finding that the first one I opened was burnt they refused to let me exchange it for one that wasn’t clearly they were sent a faulty product which is quite normal and any other gas station or store. They have you exchange it for something else and they absolutely refused to. I am most definitely going to be turning this into the Better Business Bureau because you literally sold me something that could make me sick in the first place selling burnt vapes is bad practice. You need to do better and I will absolutely be blasting you all over my social media with a following. And honestly thinking about calling the news and telling them that you guys are selling bad vapes to everybody that could allow somebody to get really sick and that’s a lawsuit just so you’re aware do better you will never have my business AGAIN!"
"Lady has a nasty attitude. As someone who's family owns multiple convenience stores it's about creating a customer centric experience. She obviously thinks nothing of the customers who shop there... without customers you have no business to run lady! I'll never shop there again."
"I came in for a 44oz refill on the soda fountain & when I asked why it was over $2, I the reply was a cold "It just what we charge!" When I asked about the ethnicity of the clerk, she defensively asked why I was asking, which is reasonable due to her attractiveness. She really got hot when I started speaking Chinese to explain to her that my wife was from China... Yikes, must've caught her on a bad day!"
