"Place is terrible when it comes to customer service 10 people in line 4 registers only 1 open and it's always the slowest cashier...never fails"

"Manager Cody was down right rude to his employees, abrasive to customers and didn't seem very competent at his job. The cashiers seemed to know more then him and handled it well."

"If you shop at the store only pay in cash. I shop there a week ago the past Saturday I bought two balloons for $3.47 and used my debit card, I got home looked at my charge on my bank account and they had charged me $10.14. I called immediately called the next day my friend called and verified she was with me we got one excuse after another and the latest one was they went through the tapes and they turned it over to corporate never in all my entire 70 something years has that happened. They literally stole that money from me I either paid for somebody else behind me or before me and yet almost a week and a half ago the money has not been returned to me and I don't expect it will be.You don't have to send something up to corporate to fix a mistake that was very clear in your tapes in your register that somehow you overcharged or you had me you didn't clear out your register and instead I paid for somebody else's stuff. It wasn't an overcharge becauseWhen I looked at the little pad that I had to put my card inIt showed the $3.47 is what I was being chargedBut that's not what happened. If you continue to shop at Dollar Tree in Post FallsI strongly advise you pay with cash IWon't be shopping there again"

"Thankful for this store! Especially with today's rising prices and lower levels of customer service, it is nice to have somewhere with kind associates, willing to help all while you can buy darn near anything you could need at a very affordable price. Liz has always been the most helpful, reasonable and kind person. It is always a pleasure to see her smile when I come in to go shopping. I can fill our cart up!"
