"Ordered a sweatshirt based on what I saw on their website. Then the waiting began. I was unable to track my order and got not a lot of help from their customer service folks. It finally did arrive and, although I wish I could say how great it is, my conscience won't allow it. It's essentially a really big fleece blanket with sleeves and some pockets. It weighs probably twice what a normal sweatshirt does and just kinda hangs off your shoulders. Considering the price I should be way happier than I am but it just didn't work out that way."

"First off, every company has good and bad. That's usually understood. I rate 3 stars because some of this experience was my mistake, and some is theirs. I ordered a belt/holster combo for my wife in the beginning of February. All went okay except I ordered a belt one size too small (it was a gift so I didn't want to spoil the surprise by asking the size). That was on me, but I figured it was worth the risk because they offer exchanges. Submitted for the exchange and mailed the original belt back. I got a call a few days after they received the belt and was told that the style I had ordered and was trying to exchange was now discontinued and no longer available. A bit of a bummer but things happen. So I looked at the website with my wife and she picked a different style as a replacement. I was specific when emailing back, and even included the sku# of the desired replacement. The replacement finally showed up and it's the wrong belt... different sku# than what I emailed. I'm over the hassle already. I get that the size issue was my fault, already admitted that. But not even sending the proper belt seems careless. I like the idea of this company and the fact that they want to offer female specific services... I think its very needed. Women tend to have to make compromises when they're looking for products like this. But I doubt we'll ever order from here again. I was okay paying what seems like high prices (more than the higher quality, more durable products I've bought for me that cost less), but after weeks, my wife still doesn't have the product she wanted. Also shipping time is painfully long due to whatever service they use. This has all been nearly a two month process. Bottom line... when I order stuff for me it's cheaper, more durable, and I quickly get the product I order. In this case it's been different. Slow delivery of more expensive and incorrect products."

"I ordered the universal grip holster and the concealed carry flannel. Both items are great quality! At first the holster seemed too small for my gun, even though I had chosen the correct measurements. But within the first couple days of use, it loosened just enough to be the perfect snug fit. It clips well into my waistband or into the front pocket of my jeans. The flannel is super cozy and high quality, and has a nice slim fit to it- not an oversized men's shirt look. I'll definitely order more from this company in the future!"

"I bought the Always Ready Camo deep carry jacket from this company about 1 week ago. This is a small locally owned Idaho company and I love the products they are offering. I used their sizing guide and the jacket fits perfectly. It's heavy, great stitching and quality material and the deep carry pockets are perfect! Not only are the pockets ambidextrous so you can draw with either your left or right hand depending on the need, but they also are extremely comfortable in holding your firearm and keeping it completely concealed. I can't wait to purchase more and support local!"

"POOR QUALITY and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband ordered me a concealed carry purse from this company Christmas 2019 (SEVEN MONTHS AGO). This was our first order from this company and we are always leary to order from unknown companies and THIS IS WHY. While I have fairly enjoyed it, it has two issues: Within month of having it, I went to use the long strap and noticed that on one side, the stitching didn't seem to be done correctly and the bag hung badly. It wasn't a terrible issue because I rarely use the longer strap (usually when we are traveling to secure it on my body). However, now the magnet that is supposed to be the closure has come off and fallen to the bottom of the purse and that side is no longer secure. The first photo is the strap side that is correctly stitched securely, the second is the side that is not stitched properly. The third photo is showing where the magnet USED to be in the top yellow circle and now where it is at the bottom of my purse. I'm holding the magnet through the fabric. When I emailed all of this to customer service, I got an email saying their warranty is 30 DAYS. Even though this is a poor workmanship issue not a wear and tear issue. Their tagline is, "Our clothing, bags, and accessories are built to last." but clearly they are not, because 7 months in the product is failing. I will not be spending money with this company again and will tell EVERYONE I know who is a concealed carry holder NOT to order from them because despite their claim of taking "pride in providing you with the highest-quality defense apparel, holsters, and accessories on the market." they clearly do not."
