"Have you tried Birdies? No? You have no idea what you're missing! A friend got us hooked at first pie. We love the sweet, but not too sweet pies. Tonight, we thought we try a savory pie and .... wow, yum! The Corned Beef pie was incredible! Filled with meat! "Sides" of potatoes and carrots. Take a look at the picture! You can't go wrong with Birdie's! Worm your way in and enjoy every bite with Birdie's!"

"I have tried multiple personal pies with my bf and every time I’m blown away. The price is amazing for what you get. I’m writing this review because the corn beef and cabbage pie might be the best pie I have ever eaten. The staff is kind and very knowledgeable, and the quality of meat they use is phenomenal. This will be a regular date night surprise for us for sure!"

Are you tired of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and overly sweet uncooked cookies dressed up as better desserts in pink boxes? Look no further than Birdie’s Pie Shop, an instant American Classic, like Apple pie! The Hayden location is adorable from the previous home like charm on the outside, to the warm inviting pie shop feel straight out of a Hallmark movie. You know, the ones where the successful stock broker comes back home for the holidays for the first time in 15 years and falls in love with the girl from high school who now owns the pie shop? This is just like that, except we the locals get to fall in love with Grandma Birdie’s recipes and the growing MMM-PIE-R here in the PNW across Hayden, Post Falls, and now Spokane! So the next time you you find yourself looking to support a local business for a hand-crafted dessert, stop in and enjoy a slice of pie at Birdie’s!"

"I had been watching this new nest develop as I work across the street. So the anticipation was quite great by the time they flicked their open sign on. It was finally time! Pie time! Their opening line-up did not disappoint, I settled on a quad with key lime, chocolate peanut butter, coconut cream and chocolate cream. All sooooo delicious! The staff is so friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I can't wait to go again! (And again)"
