The owner (Will) came out and replaced the freezer door on our Whirlpool side by side frig after the wiring to the ice maker at the bottom of the door had severed (this was a warranty claim). He could have stopped there, but he went on to remove all of the old door parts that still had life in them and left them with us in case we need them for replacements in the future. 10 stars!!
