"I purchased a used oven from this company, when they delivered it the guys said that they accidentally forgot to grab my power cord and that all I need to do is go in to the store and they could get me one, well I have 2 full time jobs so I wasn't able to come by the store for a few weeks, however when I showed up they all seemed to have amnesia, and an employee by the name of TOMMY unapologetically denied me the cable and said I would have to buy one. I was in a hurry and on my hour break between my two jobs, so I just paid the extra money left with out making a fuss, but I'm posting this because I don't forget that type of stuff and I want other customers to know what they are getting them selves in to....the only saving grace of this place was the kindness of the delivery guys, great people, but the managers and sales staff need to learn something about customer service"
