"i was a loyal customer of this shop for 6 years, to make a long story short one day they instituted a new policy where only certain items in the store have negotiable prices during certain times, contrary to the past 6 years where id go in and always get a great deal. i didn't like this policy so i brought it up to a manager at the location who i'd done business with for years and he said "if you don't like our policy, you can take your business somewhere else" to which another employee chimed in " we never liked you anyways and all of us talk **** about you whenever you arent here" ive never felt so disrespected by people who until that moment i thought were always extremely friendly and willing to have a nice conversation or make a good deal, sad to say after 6 years and 10s of 1000s of $s spent here, unless i receive an apology they've lost my business for good."
