However, upon entering, I was disappointed to find that the employees seemed disinterested and avoided helping me. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, I was met with indifference. As a tall black male, I felt particularly disregarded. This lack of customer service left me with a negative impression, and I have no intention of returning to this place in the future."

"I wanted to love my Electrolux washer and dryer, that came highly recommended by the sales associate. The washer shakes my whole house including my gas lines in my basement and is insanely noisy. It has done this since delivery/installation. They reported that it wasn’t level and sent out two delivery/installers to fix the issue after it was delivered/installed (it has been leveled 3 times). I tried to call Jon after the last installers came out to report there is still an issue and got no return phone call. They refuse to exchange what I believe is a defective washer and dryer. I have sent videos to the owner Jon who informed me that a tech has to come out to repair the defective washer and dryer (that originally came that way from them). The pedestal drawers were missing dividers that were allegedly ordered but have never arrived. I’m very disappointed in metro. We bought all of our appliances for our new home in 2006 and it was a good experience. This experience has been the worst experience! Proceed with caution when purchasing from them because there is zero chance of them exchanging an appliance if it is delivered/installed and is defective!"
