"2 years in feb 2024 milestone . Daniel the manager is a great guy ! Eric the personal trainer is the man . Lisa and Isaac are good people . Paty is a hard worker she keeps the place spotless . Been to all the other planet fitness in the treasure valley , this one is the best hands down."

"There is no ethical reason to make canceling a gym membership so difficult. other than to make the process so slow and delayed as to collect an extra month of premiums from thousands of so called "valued clients". thereby making millions in extra revenues. Profits first, right guys? I had to actually cancel my credit card that I set up as the auto payment method so they would stop taking money for the membership they make nearly impossible to cancel (and still have not canceled) Customer service is truly dead at Planet Fitness."

"The equipment is clean and up to date. There are lockers for your stuff and every type of exercise machine out there. There is even a nice quiet room in the back to set up your own mat and do exercises or yoga. I would recommend a membership like any gym because getting a day pass every time will get expensive rapidly. Otherwise it's perfect for a quick drop by to burn some calories. Also l would recommend getting the app to make the sign-in faster."

"Great gym, huge and spacious. Everyone is polite. Always a person on site. Tanning beds seem dirty at times, don’t let you k is if you need to clean them or if they do . They should have a towels and cleaners in there for customers so it’s clean. Most gyms do this. Also yes it’s a no judge zone . But having no bench free weight press machine’s is hurting people’s gains weight losses and strength. You can have this and still not be “intimidating. Course I know planet fitness buys the equipment and has the type of customer marketing, banking on people signing up but being to lazy to stop the member ship . So there machines get a lot less use. I get it. But if you care about your customers. Give them the right equipment as well ."

"Great gym, especially for the price. Not super fancy but has all the machines I need and plenty of availability whenever I've been in. Staff are appropriately helpful and pretty much leave you to your workout unless you need something. Parking is easy and the gym is always clean - no complaints!"
