"I came to Walgreens on Garden City Kansas to get a passport photo to turn in with my renewal of my CCL took the picture told him I only wanted one picture. They told me they come in packs of two I said well I only need one. I'm only going to pay for one. The price of one picture and one for free is totally unacceptable. Ridiculous. A rip off. I really think you need to reconsider what you're charging for a passport photo. I will find somewhere else to get a passport photo. Never will I come back here to Walgreens for that."

"If I could give the pharmacy a 0 I would. My daughter had a prescription for eye drops called in on Monday, it's now Thursday and we still do not have the prescription filled. Now they said the will have to call around and see if anyone else has the prescription. We've had multiple issues with them over the last 6 months including my prescriptions getting "lost"."

"Very good service. We had a script filled the day before but didn't have our new insurance cards. The tech just said to come back with the receipt when we did. Got the cards the next day, came back and got a refund, no problem. Everyone was courteous and took care of us in a timely manner. Good job."

"Want to get a prescription here? DON'T! On numerous occasions, my wife and I have found that the simplest prescription takes well over a week to get filled. When calling this Walgreens, they constantly give you the run-around. "We didn't get our shipment in" or "Another worker forgot to put in your prescription." It would be fine if this happened occasionally, but this is becoming an every time thing. My wife and I will be taking our pharmacy needs elsewhere and I suggest you do as well!"
