"Valerie Hass the General Manager at this franchise was extremely unprofessional. I just can’t believe The Buckle has hired someone like her to be the GM. My brother was using a fitting room a worker had took us to and as I was waiting on the seat next to the fitting room she came and banged on the door yelling to have him switch fitting rooms. She could’ve easily had just told me with a calm professional voice if she really needed the fitting rooms changed since I was literally sitting right next to the fitting room instead of yelling at him as he was changing. Just embarrassing. I told her how I was upset she just completely brushed it off and before that I asked the employee who she was and the employee responded with that’s just how she is as a person. It is sad that you can act however you want to customers because of “how you are as a person”. Where’s the professionalism and customers first especially from the Garden City Buckles General Manager."

"Customer service isnt the greatest at all!!!There really seems to be a lack of communication between employees! Went in to get jeans tailored and that was a huge problem in itself seamstress didn't tailor them correctly had to take them back multiple times to be fixed correctly. The employees then did not communicate correctly as I called back couple days short of a week and was told that the seamstress was never informed aboutt my jeans needing to be fixed so I give it a couple more day call waited in the phone for about 10 minutes waiting on someone and she answers the phone thinking I hung up and laughed about it and then my jeans were done but no one had ever informed of this really frustrating to spend money on there products when that's the kind of customer service you get quite pathetic actually!!"
