I told her to take them back and exchange them for something she will wear, they won't do it being it is past 30 days, the gal told her to give them to friends or family or put them on the market place. I disagree with the policy, we didn't ask for a refund but simply exchange them. Pathetic. We won't step foot back into their store. 70-80 bucks down the drain!!"
