"If I could give 0 stars I would. Teresa the store sales manager is RUDE. I went in to get sandals for my 17 month old. He’s a handful, as most kids that age are. He grabbed a hat off of one of the racks (he loves hats) and put it on. I sat him down to try a pair on him and from across the store she yells, “are you buying that hat?” I said probably not, and she comes over and says “I’ll take it then.” And grabs the hat away from my son. He literally just had the hat on his head, he wasn’t destroying it or chewing on it or anything. She has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced."

"Will never go back to this store In Garden. I was crossing the parking lot to go into the store and a blue jeep sped up as I was crossing and swerved at me. Then come to find out, he works at this store. No thanks. I’ll do back to school shopping for all of my kids elsewhere."

"walked in and some lady named Theresa greeted me and started following me around acting like I was shoplifting mind you all I had with me was my keys and my wallet, so I asked her for a pair to try on a pair and they didn’t fit so I put them back and she had an attitude and when someone tells you excuse me please move out of the way. Very rude ."

"The young man working there was rude. He came to organize shoes right where I was browsing and never bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. He was constantly walking right behind and in front of me and wouldn't say excuse me. He even reached over me to grab shoes and still didn't say excuse me. The one time he finally said excuse me was because I didn't automatically move out of his way to let him go by. He came up and just stood next to me, so I turned to look at him and that's when he finally said excuse me. He made me feel really uncomfortable the entire time he was around. He was just too close the entire time. I had to leave to a different section because I was so uncomfortable."

"Teresa was on shift my sister and I had went in never got asked for help she was always on the phone talking to somebody. She also didnt seem to respect personal space. Just overall not a great experience from her. Great job on picking the employees famous footwear!!"
