"Been going to this location for shoes lately because the staff is kind and the customer service is phenomenal. I recently needed to return shoes that I had no receipt for, and had bought many months ago. They could have said they couldn’t make the return but instead they searched for my purchase with my phone number (perks of signing up for the rewards program). I don’t remember the attendants name but I’ve had a good experience with all of the staff."
"I ordered shoes online their carrier lost them a week later found them on my front porch...they were the wrong size took him to the store to have them exchange for something online same one just bigger .... and shipped to the store because that was a nightmare....they were supposed to be delivered on February 8 couldn’t come pick them up until February 14..(after I called customer service for the first time) I called the store today... she just said they’re on a fedex truck? Couldn’t tell me where Supposedly ... which I call BS... called Customer Service she tells me they’re in California getting ready to be shipped back to shipper.... this is like my first time buying online for this place and this is how it goes...nightmare!!!"

"The wifi is free first off. The store is always super organized and smells great (that need shoes smell). The staff are always quick to help by recommending the deals which are pretty great. I got a new pair of Cons and 6 pairs of Nike socks all for under a hundred bucks. The socks were by one get one half off which saved me a bunch."
