I had to deal with an Ashley over the phone and other girls over an order that has been lost for over a month and that was easily the worst encounter I’ve ever had with anyone I’ve ever dealt with in retail. I reached out to Maurice’s customer service and they were able to tell right away that my order had been lost. Never hurts to help or simply direct your customers to even a phone number they could call that could be resourceful. Before I gave up and reached out to customer reps, I called Garden City Maurice’s and they were so helpful and polite with me. Liberal Maurice needs serious damage management control."
