"Very bad experience. Bought a pair of shoes took later took them out of the box. And they were all stained up. Took back that next morning. They would not take them back. They said how would we resale them.your just going to have to eat was her exact words."

"Plenty of employees that act like their working but not one employee came and asked any customer if they needed assistance. All 4 employees sitting behind the counter acting like their busy and only one register open and 6 customers waiting to be checked out!???? Never have any correct shoes size in stock it seems like they only order 2 pairs for one size and then the customer has to wait 1 week to hopefully see if they have them in stock or have to go somewhere else. Yeah maybe start hiring adults who will get the job done and not teenagers who just only care for the paycheck."

"This place just keeps getting worse. Staff walks around and doesn't offer any help, always have to go chase somebody if I want something. They are lucky there is not another sports store in the area. The worst customer service. I walked in there to buy a new set of glasses, looked at the display for a few minutes (2 employees were chatting by the registers). After a few minutes trying to get their attention I decided to walk up to them and asked if there was anybody that could help me to which one replied "yes" and just stood there. I smh, waved them off and walked out. What a joke."
