"Went in to purchase some new shoes on 5-18 around 5:45. When I entered the store, there was at least 3 employees sitting around on their phones, none of which got up to greet my mom and I. Had minimal assistance when browsing, and when I went to the register to check out, there were no employees present. I waited and waited and waited to be checked out, with no employee in sight. No other customers were in the store at that time, and there were no employees on the sales floor. Employees could be heard in the back, talking and laughing. Although I really wanted the shoes, I left them at the register and ended up taking my business elsewhere. No employees ever came out. Really disappointing."

"If you are looking for cheap shoes to last you a month, don’t go here. Every shoe I’ve ever bought here lasts years. They have a friendly sales team, layaway, clearance racks for a tight budget and great prices for the exceptional quality of the shoes. Pablo helped me today and he was so knowledgeable and eager to help. Every employee that I’ve encountered in this store has this quality. I continue to come back year after year for the whole family."

"One of the best place I have ever bought shoes at. Elias was a great shoe salesman! Very knowledgeable of all of his product and the mechanics of your feet. I had a little trouble with the arches of my feet being too high and he was able to help me. The pain that I was suffering from is almost all gone. It's worth the extra money you may pay to have shoes that fits you correctly, and are comfortable!"
