"We made an appointment with Dakota for a vehicle at the Chevrolet location and had another vehicle we were interested in at the Augusta location. Dakota had the vehicle from the Chevrolet location ready for us at our appointment time and we test drove it to view the vehicle at the Augusta location. On the drive Dakota informed us of many features of the vehicle(s) that we were unaware of. He listened to our wants and needs and made sure to meet them. We were very impressed by the professionalism of all employees at the Derby location. Dakota got us into a vehicle that we are in love with for the right price and we cannot wait to return for an SUV! Highly recommend Dakota and all at Don Hattan Derby for any vehicle shopping!!"

"I am not one to leave reviews but the treatment I have received from Don Hattan and salesman that sold me my car is ridiculous at this point. I bought my car back in October 2023. I did not see it before I signed the papers to buy it (stupid on my end but my old car broke down and I was desperate). Also, the finance manager charged me 10 grand more for a warranty. He told me it was part of my monthly payment for my car & not an extra charge. Just another salesman tricking a woman who is trying to buy a car but that is not the point. When I got the car in my possession there were visible scratches on the car but the salesman told me they would fix it, no problem. For 3 out of the 4 scratches it took them over 2 weeks to repair. I was going out of town and needed my car so they were unable to fix the last scratch. Since November, I have been emailing, calling, going into the store to try to get the last paint scratch fixed. I have been ignored by the person who sold me the car and also blown off by the other workers here. I messaged the person who sold me my car a week ago and no response. If I could never talk to this company again, I would. They treat you very good when you’re buying the car but after the sale, you don’t matter. I’ve added a photo of their “attempt” to fix the last scratch."
